1. Sit Ups
Probably the simplest of all exercises! Lay on your back and to complete 1 repetition simply raise your head and try and 'sit up' towards your knees. Placing your feet under some sort of anchoring point makes this exercise more comfortable.
2. Oblique Sit Ups
Lie face up on a soft surface, bend your knees to the side of your body and bring your feet close to your butt. Begin lifting your upper body and twisting while reaching for the outside of your knees. Great exercise for building the sides of your abs.
3. Leg Raises
Lay on your back with your hands at your sides. Start with your legs about six inches above the ground and raise them to about two feet and then lower them back down to six inches. You could put your hands under your lower back for more support if you feel the need.
